Ostatu's rosé from the Rioja Alavesa in the Basque region. I feel like I don't need to say more than the Basque region that we love.
PX-1 from producer Collective Mutante from Limari, Chile. This is a truly exciting wine...bone dry Pedro Jimenez, hence the PX name. Pedro is typically made into Pisco or Sherry, so... very rare, like incredibly rare, like non-existent rare.
