We’re doing something a little special at the Chesterfield County Fair today! From 11 AM–2 PM, we’ll have our BREAKFAST MENU available alongside our FULL regular lunch & dinner menu! 🔥

We’re looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, friendly, and ready to jump into the fast-paced world of food trucks and events.

You must:
🔥 Be available on weekends
🚚 Be willing to travel with us to events
🥔 Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
🙌 Bring a positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team
🍴 Be willing to help with food prep, customer service, cleaning, setup and breakdown

Our schedule changes from week to week based on events, festivals, catering, and pop-ups, so flexibility is a big plus!

Spud Fam, you won’t see us at our normal pop-ups this week — but don’t worry, there’s a VERY good reason!

We’re taking the week to prep, stock, squeeze, chop, cook, load and get everything ready because The Golden Spud AND Nolia’s Lemonade are headed to the Chesterfield County Fair! 🎡🔥

This is a BIG one for us, and we’re incredibly excited to bring both of our businesses to the RVA area!

We’ve been keeping this one under wraps, but we’re officially headed EAST!

The Golden Spud is coming to the Chesterfield County Fair — and this will be our FIRST TIME serving the RVA area! 🔥🙌

We’re loading up the trailer and bringing Richmond our signature:

Roanoke, we are truly blown away.

Yesterday was our very first time bringing The Golden Spud to Roanoke, and to say you showed up for us would be an understatement.

To every single person who stopped by, shared our post, told a friend, waited for their order, tried us for the first time, or simply came over to welcome us to Roanoke — thank you.

Starting a new small business comes with a lot of unknowns. Every time we pull into a new location, there’s always that question in the back of our minds: “Will people show up?”

Roanoke answered that question loud and clear.

You showed up. You supported us. You welcomed us. And you got LOADED.

Seeing so many people excited about what we’re building with The Golden Spud means more to us than we can put into words. We know you have plenty of choices when it comes to where you spend your hard-earned money, and we never take it lightly when you choose to spend it with us.

Yesterday wasn’t just a great day of business. It was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we decided to take this chance and build something of our own.

From our family and the entire Golden Spud team, thank you, Roanoke.

We absolutely cannot wait to come back.

This was only the beginning.
