Rabecca and Brandyn Klosterbuer. Locally owned southwest Minnesota garlic growers We are Rabecca and Branydn Klosterbuer. We raise our garlic naturally.

We are a small town family who likes the outdoors. Our love for gardening turned into a business adventure. We are selling garlic scapes and garlic bulbs. Garlic bulbs can be used for seed for other farmers or for consumption. We have different varieties to choose from. Hardneck garlic with a more robust flavor and softneck garlic with a more mild flavor. Garlic bulb orders will be ready after bei

ng harvested and cured, which is typically in late August/early September. Garlic scapes are used for culinary and are available in late spring/early summer. We are members of the Sustainable Farming Association and The Minnesota Premium Garlic Project. Our garlic has tested negative for Garlic Bloat Nematode.

Garlic scapes are an excellent way to add a hint of garlic to any dish. They can also be preserved, pickled, or dried into powder; which allows you to enjoy them all year round. Grown naturally with no pesticides or herbicides. $3/pound.

We have so much to be thankful for this spring with all the adventures happening. 🙌 Especially these beauties! We have been blessed with warm weather and some rain showers over the weeks that have contributed to happy and healthy garlic. Garlic scapes will be available for sale in a couple weeks. Garlic bulbs will be ready for harvest in July and ready for sale in August. ❤️ Thank you to all our customers that continue to make this possible. ❤️
