Customer found a leak where the 1 1/2” enters the 3x1 1/2” San tee. Obviously in a tight spot we had to cut out and replace the 3x1 1/2” tee. While I was inspecting the situation I found an 1 1/2” coupling that had come unglued under the kitchen sink. Customer and I decided it would be best to relocate and repipe the entire kitchen sink drainage system.

Today our customer was actually an existing customer we installed systems for over 15 years ago!

Their systems helped give them the clean, healthy water for years, and recently they noticed a sudden change in their water.

Their systems were no longer working and they opted to upgrade to newer systems.

Upon our water test results we found that a single tank aeration was best for their lower levels of iron.

They also had elevated hardness and manganese so we installed a new softener for them to help correct these.
