Made this fun Mushroom guy for a young man's birthday last week and I forgot to post it! This is my 4th cake for this young man, and I am honored that he likes my work and challenges me with new themes every year!
This cake was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate creme filling. Frosted in vanilla buttercream and covered in handmade marshmallow fondant.
