Join Our Team! We are hiring at Gore's Fresh Meats in Stephens City! 🔪This full time position is for a meat cutter assistant at our Gore's Fresh Meats butcher shop in Stephens City. We are looking for a self motivated team member to help the Gore's Fresh Meats team provide meat and local products to customers. This job will include vacuum sealing meat, assisting with set up of the cutting room, cutting meat (after training process is complete), cleaning, assisting the front end with stocking & helping assist customers, and being flexible to help with other jobs- running errands, unloading deliveries, helping with Gore's Meats company tasks, etc.
We align position goals with Key Result Areas and conduct a 1, 3, 6, and 12 month review with compensation, so progression in the position has a clear outline- starting with no experience $17 and no cap on progress or benefits.
