New to town? We would like to invite you to meet us at Four Fat Fowl's Celebrate Cheese, Beer & Music! fest on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

The event is held at Four Fat Fowl’s creamery, which is located directly across the street from the library at 473 State Route 43. The creamery is housed in the former Stephentown Elementary School building.

The library will have a table at the event, which starts at 12 PM and wraps up at 4 PM. The event includes live music by the Lustre Kings. Four Fat Fowl will be serving their artisan cheese which you can pair with local brews from the Beer Diviner and cider from East Hollow Cider.

The event also features local artisans and craftspeople as well as representatives from different local volunteer organizations. It’s a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and make new friends.

If you are among the first 15 new residents to meet us at the library's table and sign up for a free library card, you’ll get a free library tote bag with some goodies, including a free ticket for a wine & cheese raffle basket!

We can also give you a tour of the library.

The Stephentown Memorial Library is the hub of our community. We hope to meet you on August 15!
