Calves are looking pretty good, despite the 3 weeks of 100 degree days. Only pulled one into the weaning pen, but take a look at the others. If you see anything you would like more info on, let me know. They are all sired by TL Oliver and most won’t wean before mid October or later. Also have a beautiful black and white yearling heifer available. The cherry red heifer is already spoken for!

This is going to be a hard heifer to part with, but again, I have to make life a little easier on me and I want to see someone get this heifer in the showring more than I am able. She is a big beautiful, sweet, heavy b***d, broody made female. She has only been to 3 shows and is still a little figity in the ring. She is sired by TL Oliver and out of our grulla cow, TL Steel the Dice(both pictured) She will take you to the top of the class, look pretty in your pasture and give you years of quality calves. Trying to get my cattle numbers down. Just need to get things more manageable. Offering up this cow calf pair. They are full blood, but not registered and can not be registered at this point. Guessing the cow to be 10-12 years old. Gives us a nice calf every year. Her udder is not pretty, but she has never had a hard time raising her calves. She is one of those cows that just wants to be left alone to do what cows are suppose to!! She has a pretty set of horns and would be a beautiful shoulder mount at some point or just pretty to look at in your pasture. She has a really pretty little heifer calf on side. 2️⃣2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

I’ve been excited about this calf since the day he arrived! March 4, 2026 bull calf, sired by TL Oliver and out of our big beautiful American Maid. He is now 5 months and I think he is a pretty nice bull prospect. He is out on pasture and protein tubs and showing plenty of natural muscle. Love his hip structure, big bones, great top line, no extra sheath, more horn than many show bulls and black and white, everything I like in a bull. Show season is already starting, let us know if you would like to add him to your 2026-2027 showstring! He needs to be in the arena, not in my barn!!

Brought this Feb 17th calf home to wean yesterday. Knew he would be a steer pretty quickly after birth and really haven’t spent much time looking at him. He honestly would make a really nice show steer for a kid. He seems extremely calm for just off mom, great set of legs on him, plenty of bone and look how much he has already brindled. More horn than most of the calves we are seeing in the ring, and they are pointing back. His mom, TL YOUR GRACE IS ENOUGH has a beautiful twist, and his sire is TL OLIVER who has lots of horn for a show bull! Just thought I would offer him up. If no interest he probably heads to the salebarn. PM me if interested.

Wow, breeders certainly turned out and supported the TLBT Senior Sale today. Great to see people ready to help these young adults as they head off to college, technical schools, jobs, etc. If you were outbid today and are still looking for a female or two to continue showing next year, please take a look at what Tanner Longhorns has to offer. These girls are hard to part with, but they are too good not to be shown more than they were this year. TL STEEL THE DICE is a July 11,2025 heifer. A big b***d, super deep,big ribbed, pretty fronted, feminine black and white female. She is so correct on her legs and sweet and gentle. She is going to big a big broody cow!! She was 3rd in the youth show, class 2. The other cow will not be available until Dec1, when I wean her first heifer calf that we will retain. FLYING H HOPE, bred by Mark and Kim Hammack. She is a July 31,2024. She won her class in the youth show, class 9. I AI her to TL Bulletproof or TL Revival. Again, I really need to get my numbers down to a more manageable number, otherwise I would not part with either of these females. Watch for both of them in the Haltered show tomorrow. We will have several more calves to wean soon, if you are looking for something younger!

TLBT Senior Sale is about to start. Come support our Seniors. Bid high and bid often and add some awesome animals to your herd and/or your next years showstring!! Bought this girl in 2024 and so glad we did. SBL CHANEL 35. Her first calf, TL Aramis, has done well in the showring and at some futurities. She has a beautiful TL Oliver heifer on side currently. So happy with our Senior Sale heifer

Friday was a hard day for Tanner Longhorns. Had to make the hard decision to put our big, beautiful TL BULLETPROOF down. He graced our pasture, and a few others, for 16 plus years. Bred, born and raised by us, he had his fair share of winnings in the show ring. Was the 2011 Reserve Grand Youth Bull at the World show. He produced some nice calves in his lifetime, several cows still in our pasture! He was AI certified and we still have semen, so he will continue to influence our herd. Mostly he was just our big gentle giant. Thankful he was ours, he will be missed.
