NEW MACHINE ALERT — AND THIS ONE IS A BIG 🍑 DEAL!

We are SO incredibly excited, grateful, and PROUD to announce that At The Bar Fit Club is now home to the Elite Glute Isolator X!
(It’s been here a couple weeks but it is moved to its permanent home and plug in)

This isn’t just another piece of equipment we added to fill some floor space. This is a patented, state-of-the-art glute isolation machine specifically designed to take the quads out of the movement and put the work where we actually want it — THE GLUTES. 🍑

We are seriously so grateful for the opportunity to bring equipment like this into our gym and give our members access to something DIFFERENT. We take a lot of pride in continuing to invest back into our facility and bring you guys equipment that can actually elevate your training.

And listen — DO NOT let this thing intimidate you. 😂

We know the hydraulics and setup make it look like you need an engineering degree to operate it, but we PROMISE it is actually one of the easiest and least complicated machines in the entire gym once you get on it.

We really want EVERYONE to get comfortable using it, so please don’t walk past it because you aren’t sure what to do. ASK US! We would be more than happy to show you how to get set up and get you going.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month

As a gym owner, coach, competitor, wife, and someone who loves a man & fellow competitor who carries the weight of the world on his shoulders, this month is incredibly important to me.

We spend a lot of time celebrating strong men.

The men who work long days.

The men who provide.

The men who protect.

The men who sacrifice.

The men who support.

The men who show up every single day, even when they’re exhausted.

But what we don’t talk about enough is what those same men are carrying mentally.

Too many men have been taught that being a man means staying silent. That struggling is weakness. That asking for help somehow makes them less masculine.

It doesn’t.

Strength isn’t suffering in silence.

Strength is being honest when you’re hurting.

Strength is reaching out before you hit your breaking point.

Strength is allowing the people who love you to carry some of that weight with you.

I’ve watched firsthand how much pressure men put on themselves. The pressure to provide. To protect. To lead. To never crack. To never show fear. To never admit when they’re overwhelmed.

The reality is that some of the strongest men you know are fighting battles you know absolutely nothing about.

So this month, check on your brothers.

Check on your training partners.

Check on your husbands.

Check on your dads.

Check on your friends.

And if you’re the one struggling, please know this:

You do not have to carry it alone.

You do not have to “man up.”

You do not have to earn the right to ask for help.

You matter far more than your paycheck, your physique, your accomplishments, or the role you play for everyone else.

The world needs strong men.
