Created in honor of Chef Frank Penna's father, George Penna, the Italian Stallion makes its debut this Father's Day and is now available for pre-order.

Built on warm, house-made garlic bread, this incredible sandwich features a thin, hand-pounded filet layered with burrata, mortadella, grilled eggplant, roasted sweet peppers, sautéed escarole, and house-marinated tomatoes.

Looking for an easy appetizer for your next summer party? 🦀☀️

The Frankly Delicious Seafood Dip is a crowd favorite and comes together in minutes. It can be served warm or cold with crackers or crostini.

Seafood Dip Recipe
• 1 cup imitation crab, chopped
• 1½ cups mini shrimp and mini scallops
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• A few dashes Old Bay seasoning
• A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
• Splash of anchovy oil
• Thyme seasoning, to taste
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
Transfer to a small baking dish or air fryer-safe dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Air fry or bake at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!

There are a lot of ways to make Eggplant Parmesan. This is my favorite.

I'll take you inside the kitchen and show you how to make Sicilian-style breaded Eggplant Parmesan, along with a gluten-free version for those looking for an alternative.

Here's what you'll need:
2 large eggplants
Salt
Flour
3 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil

For the sauce:
1 can crushed tomatoes
2–3 cloves garlic
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper

For the cheese:
12 oz mozzarella
1 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
