Black Rooster Farm is finally up and operating after spending most of COVID 19 pandemic, near-quarantine, working on getting things up and running smoothly. Got permission from the town (permit) for our sign and that went up before the ground froze and the snow fell.

And heeyah is a photo of the little snot (overly dramatic and subjective opinion of the writer) for whom the farm is named. Henry (as he is know heeyah) was not intended - we had ordered hen chicks and we were assured that is what was delivered. OOOOpps! LOL. Generally he is a good rooster. Does his roostering things. Protects his hens, with one loss to a Bobcat but no-one is perfect.

The one downside of Henry (and this is great comic relief for Kathy) is that he and LJohn do not get along, despite LJohn's patience with him! There are regular tiffs and standoffs between them. So far Henry has survived despite being a contrarian.

He is a rather spectacular looking fella nevertheless, don't you think! Let's see how long he avoids being dinnah. Hahahahaha
