Vitamin C isn’t just for your skincare routine. 🍊✨

A new study in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology found that dietary vitamin C can make its way into the skin, supporting collagen production, skin thickness, and cellular renewal.

Four years ago today, the real Pani Zina arrived in the USA. 🇺🇸✨❤️ She came here carrying so much more than a suitcase. She brought our family recipes, Ukrainian traditions 🇺🇦, and her belief that “the purpose of living is giving.” 💛

Long before Pani Zina had a name or a label, her wild fermented foods were simply how she cared for our family. 🌿 They were made by hand, shared with love, and always meant to help us feel our best. 🫶

Seeing her name written in chalk today, celebrating four years in America, feels so special. 🥹🇺🇸 Everything we do began with her, and every jar still carries a little piece of her love, generosity, and spirit. ❤️🫙✨
