FULL-TIME FARM MECHANIC/EQUIPMENT OPERATOR WANTED
Sterling Heights Dairy Farm
Sterling, OH

We are looking to hire a full-time mechanic who can also assist with operating equipment on our Dairy farm. This is a year-round position with steady hours, modern equipment and a solid work environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair tractors, trucks, skid steers and farm implements
- Preventative maintenance: oil changes, electrical, hydraulics
- Operate equipment during planting, harvesting, ect
- Assist with general farm tasks as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong mechanical ability
- Dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently

PAY & BENEFITS:

Primary responsibilities include tillage, planting, manure hauling, mowing, chopping, building maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Our equipment fleet features late-model equipment like Fendt and Massey Ferguson.
