Butter crunch was the very first lettuce we grew and still remains a fan favorite today! 💚
Butter crunch has soft, sweet, tender leaves with a satisfying crunch at each bite.
You won’t want to go back to regular iceberg lettuce after making a salad with this beauty.
Salads , wraps , sandwiches, butter is very versatile and a great way to brighten any meal!

Quality has always been our number one priority so every head of lettuce is harvested the day before your purchase. With proper storage (sealed container with damp paper towel) all our heads of lettuce hold up in your fridge for 2 weeks! That’s plenty of time for you to find it stuffed in the back of your fridge before it goes bad!

Good News From Koster Farms:

We are excited to announce the launch of our new farm pickup service! Starting July 26, you can preorder lettuce and other greens through our website, and pick them up on site at the greenhouse. We have an outdoor farmstand with a refrigerator; all you will need to do is pull up, drop off your payment, and pick up your prepackaged order from the refrigerator. The pickup days will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, between 1:30 - 6:00 p.m. Our fresh salads will also be available for pickup on Thursdays and Fridays. The ordering process is very simple: go to our website, Kosterfarms.com, and click the "Shop Now" button. All available items are listed for you to choose from. Orders will need to be received one day prior to pickup, by 11:59 p.m. Once we receive your order, we will package it up for you the same day of pickup for ultimate freshness. This will give you the opportunity to buy clean, safe, local produce throughout the week!

NEW FROM KOSTER FARMS! We are excited to announce that beginning this week, we will have flower pots and hanging baskets for you! These pots have a variety of pretty flowers and trailing vines- lots to choose from. We also plan to have some herb pots soon, so people can have their own little fresh herb garden. We hope you will stop by and check out our selection, starting this Saturday and continuing through the spring and summer as long as supplies last. 🌺🌻
