Good Morning, Sauk Valley!

Here’s our menu for this upcoming week - September is here, and the Fall Flavors (or Flavours as my husband would say) are trickling in! Even if the weather has given us one last Summer curveball.

We are going to have a few dates at the Dixon Saturday morning market starting this week! Chris will be at the Sterling Market & Jolee will be at the Dixon market, so y’all will have two opportunities to find us on Saturday morning! 🎉

This week’s goodies -

Honey Oat Rolls
Hobnobs (back by request!)
Golden Syrup Cakes (if you’ve had the cake truffles, you know how good these are!)
Traditional Scones
Cinder Toffee (Honeycomb)

And

Lemon Curd
Coffee Curd
Apple Butter (first batch of the season)

We have a few things in the cabinet this morning - a couple mocha cakes, a handful of coffee bean cookies!

We’re here INSIDE at the Twin City Farmer’s Market until noon!

We’ve got some tasty goodies -

Orange Welshcakes
Mocha Latte Cake
Coffee Bean Cookies

And a little surprise - Creamsicle Creams!
Think your favorite orange and vanilla popsicle but in a soft candy!

Also, we have Carrot Jam, Coffee Curd, and Lemon Curd back! Next week we’ll have some new flavors, so grab some of summer before it’s gone!

Good afternoon, Sauk Valley!

Here’s our menu for this upcoming week - we’re about to get very busy with Fall events, but right now the only place to catch us is the Twin City Farmer’s Market!

This week we have some new, some returning favorites, and maybe a surprise or two at the booth! 😁 You’ll have to come and see to find out what those are!

We will have -

Ciabatta
Coffee Bean Cookies
Mocha Swirl Cake
Orange Welshcakes

And

Fresh batches of our lemon curd, coffee curd, and our carrot jam! If you haven’t tried any of our tasty jars, I definitely recommend giving one a go! They also make fantastic gifts for someone who loves a sweet and unusual treat!

As always, we do take special orders (with a minimum) and pre-orders for pickup. If you want to do one of those or have any questions about our tasty treats, send us a message!

Good afternoon, Sauk Valley!

Here’s our menu for this week - we’ll be at the Twin City Farmer’s Market as usual but INSIDE at our new booth! We’re down the right side of the building if you come in the main door. Look for the charming Brit and the green & blue vines on the booth! 😁

Some new goodies this week -

Peppermint Creams - if you like mint patties, you’re going to love these. A burst of mint in a soft candy, half coated in dark chocolate.

Viennese Whirls - a couple buttery cookies sandwiched around strawberry jam and vanilla bean crème.

Lemon Curd Sponge Cake - our classic sponge (if you’ve had our Victoria cakes then you’ve loved it) with a layer of our homemade lemon curd in the middle. Light, zippy, and moreish.

Scottish Morning Roll - a soft & chewy staple of the northern UK. Fantastic just on its own with a bit of butter, but most often the base for a breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding - this little roll can handle it all!
