We are happy to announce the birth of Miss Emma Grace Ballard. Emma was born yesterday around 1 p.m. CST She belongs to my pet cow Annie and her daddy is William Richard Ballard. She favors her daddy much more than her mom. She is gorgeous and healthy. I love her already!!!

UPDATE!!!! Not only is Henry (who is the cover photo for this page) getting up but now he will actually run after you to get the bottle. I think he has at least 75% of his strength back and should be 100% by the first of the month! It's always been said that "Moms know best". In this case that proved to be true. I told him not to take him off of that bottle but he never listens to me. After 7 years you would think he would start because I have yet to be wrong. lol

Little Henry is getting up on his own now. He is feeling so much better. I think he weathered the storm and came through like a trooper! Such a sweet little calf!
