I have a few Berkshire pigs that are ready for butcher. I need to move these soon so I have reduced my price to $3/lb hanging weight you pay butcher fees. There is a $50 deposit required and I will deliver to the butcher.

Also selling off my breeder sows at $300 ea. These would be good for ground products like ground pork, sausage, brats, etc. these are large pigs. Probably in the 400-700lb range on the hoof. Also selling the boar for $100.

I’m sure you’ve noticed I haven’t made it to market this year. Been many reasons. Some health some work. Doesn’t look like I’ll be making it this year. If you do need retail cuts I have some available just let me know.

I’m also running a sale on all whole/half pigs that I have available. Right now they are $3.25/lb hanging weight. That’s for the pig you pay butcher fees on top of that depending where and how you want it processed. These are first come first serve and require a $50 deposit.

Also have some breeders that will be available for butcher if you’re looking for ground pork or sausage. Those will be $500 ea and you pay the butcher fees. Those also require a $50 deposit.

Taking the Jory Valley Farm jalapeño popper brats to the next level.

Start with a little hickory smoke on the Traeger Grills Then grab a warm pretzel bun. Put on a layer of cream cheese, and a strip of bacon. Then throw on the popper brat, a little Colby jack cheese and some crumbled bacon. 🤤

Cause why not; you can never have to much bacon 🥓 🥓

Reserve Your Pasture-Raised Pork Today!

Whole/half pigs

Raised on pasture and fed only Non-GMO, corn and soy free, grain. No hormones, antibiotics, or wormers. I am farrow to finish so all pigs are born and raised on farm.

Taking deposits on whole/half pigs that will be ready around March-May.

These are first come first serve.
Deposit is $50 non refundable and comes off the total due when processed.
Sold based on hanging weight and you pay butcher fees. I will deliver to the butcher of your choice and have total price once hanging weight is confirmed. I try to have the whole hanging weight in the 200-250lb range.

Current pigs that will be available this spring are 1 Berkshire/mangalitsa cross and the rest are Berkshire

Whole $3.75/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees

Half $4/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees
