Hops Hercules 2.0 Harvester & Conveyor System – Custom built by AgriProducts in Nebraska. Picks up to sixty bines clean every hour! The multi-function, mobile conveyor system collects the picked cones and moves them where you want them. The conveyor can be used independently of the picker. System runs on single phase, 240 volt power. All functions (picking fingers, feeder, clean belt, fan, conveyor) are VFD-driven for speed control. $28,000.

 

Buskirk Small Farm Package – Brewers want pellets! You can oblige them with this complete package that includes hammer mill, collection system and pellet mill. The mills run on three phase power, and 240/120 volt motor starters are included. Collection system is single phase, 240 volts. $14,500.

1997 JLG Lift – 60’ boom, two wheel drive, runs. Has new governor control, carburetor and fuel pump. Needs new speed control and repair/rebuild on hydraulic swing motor. $3500 OBO.

Our Story

Bell Crossing Farms is a hop farm in Stevensville, Montana. Owned by husband-and-wife team Steve and Desiree Funston, our goal is to provide high-quality, locally-grown, pelletized hops to Montana's craft brewers. Our combined love of drinking beer, growing things, working hard, and drinking beer (oops, already said that) led us down the path to starting a hops farm. We planted our first acre of hops in April 2017 after four years of careful research and planning. Over the next few years, we will expand to grow hops on our entire 11-acre farm in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley. We grow Cascade, Comet and Magnum hops using regenerative farming practices. Most of our hops are pelletized and are available in 11-pound or 2-ounce packages. We can provide whole-leaf and fresh hops, too; contact us early to reserve yours!
