Alright I’ve had a lot of people ask why longhorn cattle? “You can’t eat the horns”. Well here is why I like them the most. Both these cattle were fed in the same pasture with the same feed one is a longhorn and one’s is an angus. The steak on the left is the longhorn. Longhorn has a darker richer meat that is more nutritious and healthier for you also longhorn cattle will eat a more diverse diet which is what helps put a larger nutrient profile in their meat. If you would like to purchase some beef we have some in stock right now. And yes we do have angus as well. Just give us a shout. (864)770-5372
