On Saturday, we had the honor of hosting Mr. & Mrs. Hengst as they celebrated an incredible 50 years of marriage! 🤍✨

Her gown and veil were beautifully displayed, loved ones gathered, live music filled the room, and the back half of our taproom was overflowing with laughter, love, and memories.

It was such a special celebration, and we’re grateful we could play even a small part in such a meaningful milestone.

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hengst on 50 wonderful years together! 🥂 Here’s to many more memories ahead!

⭐️ Employee Spotlight: April ⭐️

Last month, April celebrated her one-year anniversary with us at Aviator! We’re excited to shine the spotlight on her and let you get to know her a little better.

• Position: Assistant Taproom Manager

• Go-To Menu Item: Garlic Parm Cauliflower Bites

• Favorite Aviator Beverage: Dust Off Blood Orange West Coast IPA. It was the first Aviator b**r she tried, and as someone who loves anything blood orange, it quickly became a favorite!

• #1 reason she enjoys working at Aviator Brew Hub: Seeing the familiar, friendly faces of our regulars and getting to know them by name. She equally enjoys welcoming new faces and introducing them to what makes Aviator so special.

• Something that may surprise you about April is that she worked out West in Idaho for multiple seasons for the U.S Forest Service. She also used to play roller derby!

• If she could travel anywhere tomorrow she would choose Greece! She’d love to explore the historical sites and, of course, enjoy all the delicious food.

• When April isn’t at work she enjoys volunteering as a greeter at her church and at Pappus House, as well as spending time cooking with her boyfriend.

Congratulations on one year, April! 🎉 Thank you for everything you bring to the Aviator crew and for helping make our taproom such a welcoming place for our customers. We’re so happy to have you on our team!
