What makes experiencing live music down in our little hollow so unique? Spending time among trees, plants, and natural light can actually “reset" your brain! You are immersed in lush, luminous, deep and saturated shades of green. After as little as 15 minutes in a green space, your blood pressure lowers, your stress hormones drop, and your thinking brain gives way to your sensory brain. The natural release of endorphins and serotonin makes you feel relaxed and happy. All of of this happens before you even have your first glass of wine or the music starts!
Outside when it’s nice, inside when it’s not, we have great bands and a food truck every Saturday evening at 6 o’clock.
