🌱 Fresh Baked Drop for Friday! 🌱

I’ve got a small batch of Caramel Apple Rolls and Pecan Sticky Buns ready to go — packed and heading with me to Jamesport early Friday morning. If the crowd is big, they’ll sell there. If not, I’ll list the extras on Cartily later in the day.

Caramel Apple Rolls
Soft enriched dough filled with slow‑cooked apple filling (no pecans, no cinnamon) and finished with a caramel glaze.

Pecan Sticky Buns
Slow‑proofed dough, homemade 12‑month vanilla, and a rich caramel pecan topping.

Made under Missouri Cottage Food Law — handcrafted, small‑batch, and baked fresh.

If you’re in Jamesport early Friday morning, keep an eye out. Otherwise, watch Cartily for any extras — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Dropped off fresh flyers at Starlight RV this morning while folks were doing laundry.

If you’re staying there and want cinnamon rolls, eggs, or coffee, you’ll see one of my flyers on the table.

They’ve been disappearing pretty fast, so I’m guessing people are checking them out.

Left the incubator turner off the whole 21 days... 7/12 hatched... one was cracked at the beginning so I assumed it wouldn't hatch. Not bad for shipped eggs this year as this year's hatch rate for shipped eggs has been 15-23%

Now off to bake some rolls. 60 outside, 77 in the house. Birds fed this morning in this beautiful weather. My cats at the windows judging the neighbors and watching the stray cat telanovela. Let's hope the day stays wonderful.

I will be parting with my dragon fruit for anyone interested. They should provide fruit in two years and will need repotted. They are mixed, yellow/ white and pink/ pink fruiting. I have a smaller pink/ white tgat will need at least 3 years to fruit.
🟢 Plant 1 ($20): 1-Year-Old Seed-Grown! Sourced from unique Ecuadorian parentage (Pink skin / White flesh). Resilient genetic foundation. ( pic of plant on porch, will take as aboveaboy three years to fruit)

🟢 Plant 2 ($22): Large mystery variety trained upright. Leaning Yellow/White! The stems are slender and solid green, indicating it’s highly likely to be the ultra-sweet Yellow variety.

🟢 Plant 3 ($25): Our largest, thickest starter, professionally staked. Leaning Pink/Pink! Features very robust, heavy wings and thick caliper growth common to the vibrant pink varieties.
(Note: Because they are seed/cutting mixes, exact variety cannot be 100% guaranteed until it blooms, but these are our strong botanical guesses!)

Also two sansevieria trade gallon ( 5$/ea) ready for new home.

The "Guinea Pig" Test: PASSED! 🐖🏆

I don't sell anything to my neighbors until it is absolutely perfected. This weekend, I forced a couple of local "guinea pigs" down in Kearney to test out a batch of my Sticky Pecan Caramel Rolls that had been sitting since Friday.

My biggest fear? I was worried the scratch-made dough would start getting dry or hard by Sunday or Monday.

The verdict just came in: "Absolutely amazing. They are still perfectly soft, and the caramel is perfect."

Knowing they stay pillowy-soft for days means you can grab a full 9x13 pan ( that's 6 rolls!) for the weekend and enjoy them all week long. (And yes, for my neighbors dealing with dietary or digestive flare-ups, I can easily leave the pecans off the top for you—just ask!).

I have a few select slots opening up for the next weekend public drop-off window (Cameron Walmart or local highway stations). DM me to claim your family pan early!
