We went to load up this morning and discovered that Barbie had broken a horn overnight 😢 but that didn’t stop us. It was tricky for Griffin to walk and brace her the way he had been practicing in a show collar at home since he had to be careful not to touch the bad horn today, but by golly, they still got along just fine and managed to impress the judges ☺️

Sure Thing x Try Harder

This guy seems to have the most hair of anyone on the farm. It’s tempting to shave it all off to reveal his amount of width and muscling, but MN temps are unpredictable. Choosing to use Sure Thing semen last minute didn’t disappoint, and whoever ends up with this guy should have a good run in the middleweight division this summer.

I had my fingers crossed for does out of this cross, but was granted a pair of the opposite. This guy is wide up front and has a decent amount of muscling on his tall frame. He is level topped and wide from his shoulders all the way to his hip. He has a groove down his spine, so I’m excited to see how his show season goes! He’s the kind that is show ready for early shows and will run as a heavyweight all season. Older showman - he likes to stand and brace, so he could be your showmanship goat!
