•• Turkey & Swiss Quiche ••

1 refrigerated pie crust
6 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 lb deli turkey
4-5 slices swiss cheese
2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)

Preheat oven to 400°. Thaw pie crust; roll out and press gently into pie dish. Chop deli turkey into 1/2” pieces. Layer turkey into the pie crust. Next, slice the Swiss into 1/2” wide lenths and layer criss-cross over the turkey.

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, garlic powder, pepper and onion. Gently pour over the turkey & Swiss. This should fill the pie about 3/4 full, which leaves room for it to rise while baking.

Sprinkle Parmesan and bacon bits on top. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 400°. Next, uncover and bake another 15-20 min until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
