It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my sister and business partner, Kathy Wolf Swanson. Kathy and I were co-proprietors in the revival of the Joseph Wolf Brewing Company, our great grandparent's historic brewery in downtown Stillwater.

Together we believed deeply in honoring our family's brewing legacy and in creating something meaningful for this community. Her spirit and vision will always be part of this brewery.

I want to sincerely thank all of you for your encouragement and support. We will carry on the work we began together in Kathy's honor.

To our friends at Forge and Foundry Distillery,

As you close the doors on this chapter, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey you've shared with our community. Your passion, creativity, and dedication to your craft have left an indelible mark, and your spirits have been a true testament to the art of distilling.

While this may be goodbye for now, the friendships and memories you've created will live on. Forge & Foundry has been more than a business—it’s been a gathering place, a source of inspiration, and a reminder of what can be achieved when heart and soul are poured into every bottle.

We raise a glass to your amazing team, your resilience, and the legacy you leave behind. Here’s to whatever comes next—because we know the same passion that built Forge & Foundry will fuel your future successes.

Cheers to you, friends. Thank you for the good times and great spirits. 🥃❤️

With admiration,

Knowing the difference between Pilsner and l***r b**r comes down to understanding that all Pilsners are l***rs, but not all l***rs are Pilsners.
