The School of Hospitality & Tourism Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University proudly present the 7th biennial Wine Forum of Oklahoma, April 21-22, 2023. Wine tasting, educational seminars, and gourmet dining will be featured during the two-day event on the OSU campus. The Wine Forum of Oklahoma is in keeping with the mission of OSU to provide a high quality educatio

Happy Wine Wednesday

This semester the entire Wine Forum Committee had the privilege to enjoy fine dining with Sandy Lee.

Here are some things to know about her:

She is an active alumnus.

She is always open to new wine experiences. However, some of her favorite wines includes Kennan Cabernet, Rombauer Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gloria Ferrer Brut Sparkling Wines.

She believes that wine is always best when you drink it with good food and/or paired with old and new friends.

The special people she enjoys sharing a nice glass or bottle of wine are her niece, Bobbie, and her closest friends, Liz, Rich and Connie. They will be attending Wine Forum and together they will enjoy all of the loving fruits of labor to showcase this wonderful HTM event.
