They were accustomed to always being our top selling pies for 12 days straight. But then 2026 happened and now they are second fiddle (but still oh, so tasty!)🫐🍋

Strawberry Ube Sundae Tart has overthrown Blueberry everyday this Fair.

But it makes sense, Strawberry Ube is a gorgeous, floofy, unicorn princess. And 2026 is her time to shine. (it’s the edible glitter!!) 🍓🦄

The year was 2017 and our Brown Ale Onion Gouda Hand Pie quickly became all of the rage. We *almost* ran out of pies but thanks to some super special overnight pie makers, the Onion Gouda became a smashing hit it was destined to be. 💫

Made with Lift Bridge Brewing Company beer, smoked gouda cheese and caramelized onions, Sara really knocked it out of the park with her first savory pie. 🍺🥧

And you can have one for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner whenever you are at the Minnesota State Fair. 🤤🤤
