Final's week is over and to reward myself I'm making good ole blackberry cobbler.

August 4th through August 10th menu is here!

Sunday- Stuffed Chicken - $10
Chicken breasts stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Served with roasted vegetables

Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs - $5
Spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce topped with meatballs and served with a side salad

Tuesday: Baked Chicken Thighs - $7
Baked chicken thighs with roasted potatoes and steamed baby carrots

Wednesday: Fish Tacos - $5
Shredded Tilapia with a splash of lime topped with avocado and served with a side of black beans.

Thursday: Chicken Enchiladas - $5
Traditional chicken enchiladas covered in cheese and served with Spanish rice.

Friday: Southwestern Spuds - $7
A large baked potato topped with all the fixings and shredded chicken.

Saturday: Bruschetta Chicken Bake - $5
Classic bruschetta layered with chick and cheese served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.

All orders are freezer meal friendly! Each meal comes with a slice of cobbler or a fruit cup!

Hey everyone! Our menu for July 28 through August 3 is now available. Don't forget to order a day before so I could get everything together!

Sunday: Beef Stroganoff - $7
Creamy stroganoff with ground beef and mushroom, served over noodles. Comes with cooked spinach and baby carrots.
Monday: Lemon Herb Chicken - $5
Baked lemon herb chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed green beans.
Tuesday: Taco Salad - $7
Beef taco salad with lettuce, black beans, corn, avocado, and salsa.
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken and Veggies - $10
Grilled chicken served with grilled squash, zucchini, and mushrooms.
Thursday: Beef Stir-fry - $7
Beef stir-fry with broccoli, snap peas, and carrots, served over rice.
Friday: Fried Chicken Wrap - $5
Southern style fried chicken slathered in creamy avocado sauce wrapped in a flour tortillas.
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner - $5
Homestyle biscuits and gravy served with bacon and potatoes.

You scream… I scream… We all scream for ice cream. This Sunday (July 21st) is National Ice Cream Day. So the only fitting dessert is mini ice cream sandwiches!!

Sunday: Hawaiian Pigs - $10
Pork Chops cooked in a flavorful combo of pineapple and bbq. Comes with a fluffy yeast roll and bacon green bean.

Monday: Lasagna Roll-ups - $5
Traditional lasagna, just made for ease of eating on the go. Served with a small salad and glazed carrots

Tuesday: Honey Chicken - $10
Chicken with a little sweet taste, paired with a side of asparagus and sweet potato fries.

Wednesday: Beef Tips - $10
Beef Tips and brown gravy served with a side of mash potatoes and corn.

Friday: Pollo con Queso - $5

Hey everyone! I thought I should share a little bit about me and my business.

Growing up, when school and ball season started that meant less time to cook food at home and more fast food. I got tired of McDonald's quickly (it was one of the three fast food places in my home town). If y'all are like me, the routine of eating greasy food every Friday night gets old real quick.

Now that I am a mom myself, I understand why that was the easy option. However, I love me some home cooked meals and love to cook. So what better way to keep myself busy than by providing everyone an opportunity to eat healthier home cooked meals even if you are in a rush!

There will be a new menu every week and will be released on the Friday before the week starts. The meals are priced by the serving and usually include one entree, two side dishes, and a dessert.
