🌱 What Do I Do With Microgreens? Try Zucch & Blue! 🥒🧀
Here’s a simple recipe that lets microgreens actually be part of the dish instead of just sitting on top looking pretty.
Slice a large zucchini into ½-inch rounds, lightly brown one side in butter, flip them over, and add a little blue cheese on top. Sprinkle on some chopped microgreens, cover the pan, and cook for about another minute until the other side browns and the cheese gets nice and melty.
Some great microgreens for this are China Rose Radish, Broccoli, Red Russian Kale, Black Oil Sunflower, or Arugula.
Simple ingredients, bold flavor, and one more answer to the question: “What do I do with microgreens?” 💚
