When it's hot and dinner calls for something easy.

🌭Philly-Style Cheese Dogs
All you'll need:
Hot Dogs
Hot Dog Buns
Mushrooms ( sliced )
Green Bell Pepper ( sliced )
Onion ( sliced )
Provolone or Mozzy cheese
Butter / Oil

Saute the mushrooms, pepper & onions until tender.
Cook the hot dogs and place in toasted buns.
Top with veggies and cheese then melt until gooey.

One easy casserole. All you need is a hungry family.

🔆Tater Tot & Sausage Breakfast Bake from the kitchen of Chew On This

24oz frozen tater tots
1 pkg. Mild Smoked Sausage ( sliced )
1 c. onion ( diced )
1 bell pepper ( diced )
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar ( divided )
8 large eggs
3/4 c. whole milk
1 t. smoked paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. black pepper
Green onions ( sliced )

Heat oven to 425°F
Spread tots in single layer in 9x13 dish and bake about 15 min until lightly golden
Sear sausage, onion and bell pepper 4-5 min until sausage is browned and veggies have softened
Turn oven down to 375°F
Scatter the sausage mix over tots
Add half of the cheddar cheese
Whisk together the eggs, milk, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over the tots and sausage
Top with remaining cheese and bake about 30 min or until set
Allow it to rest about 10 min
Sprinkle with green onions and enjoy 🍽️
