Sadly, this evening we served out last meals for a while as a resturant here at Copper Quail. We want to thank everyone that has supported us over the last several months! We’ve had a great time and we appreciate all of you more than you’ll ever know. We hate to have to walk away from this little venture so soon, but it just requires more time than what we have to devote to it at the moment. We hope to do different events at times, so don’t quit following us! Again, thank you so very much and we hope to see you soon!!!

We will be open this evening 4/16 and tomorrow 4/17. This will be our last weekend open at the restaurant. We unfortunately are struggling to balance time between our other businesses and the resturant, and simply don’t have the time to devote to it like it needs. We will continue to cater and the building will be available to rent for parties, and of course we will be back full swing for hunting season starting in October, and we may open the food trailer back up again soon! We appreciate all the support from our community, friends and family and we will miss seeing y’all every weekend. We appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!

Happy Thursday everyone! We are giving something new a try and will be open Thursday and Fridays now,(no Saturdays)and we will have burgers and croissant sandwiches again! We are needing some feed back from you!! As we are winding down this hunting season, we are possibly thinking of changing our evenings open to Thursday and Fridays instead of Saturdays starting in April. Thursday evenings, possibly being a night we serve what we originally started with in the food truck, and Fridays being what we have currently. What’s your thoughts???
