🌱 HELP WANTED: Microgreen Harvest Sidekick! 🥬🔪
Do you love fresh greens, growing things, eating healthy… or just want to learn what the heck happens between a seed and those beautiful little trays of microgreens? 😂
Konch Republic Greens is looking for a little help with our weekly harvests here in Key West!
We’re looking for someone reliable, easygoing, and comfortable working with their hands to help us Sunday & Monday for about 3–4 hours getting fresh microgreens harvested, packaged, and ready for the week’s deliveries.
🥬 What you’ll be doing:
• Harvesting fresh microgreens
• Trimming and cleaning
• Packaging orders
• Helping prep weekly deliveries
• Learning about different varieties and how they're grown 🌱
🔪 A little knife work is involved, so steady hands, attention to detail, and being comfortable using a knife safely are a must. No professional chef experience necessary!
💰 Compensation is negotiable — we’re open to figuring out an hourly rate that makes sense, and we’d also love to work out a greens-for-your-groceries arrangement on top of your pay.
Think of it as a little side gig where you can make some extra money, learn about growing food, and potentially take home some ridiculously fresh microgreens.
You don't need to be a microgreen expert. Honestly, if you’re the kind of person who thinks “I’d love to learn how to grow this stuff” — that’s exactly the kind of person we’d like to meet.
📍 Key West / Stock Island
⏰ Sundays & Mondays — approximately 3–4 hours
🌱 Part-time / supplemental work
💵 Hourly pay + potential greens
