We had the Wagyu denver steaks last night for dinner. Andy grilled and then thinly sliced them. They were really juicy and had wonderful flavor! The only problem we had was that our boys wanted more!!!

The denver steak is a lesser know steak that comes from the beef chuck primal which is located under the shoulder blade. These steaks are pretty tender, marbled well with a great beefy flavor!
