3 foot logs, of either Sh*ttake, or Blue Oyster. Just innoculated recently, with easy care, you'll have mushrooms 2 - 3 times a year. Simply leave in a shady spot, if log dries out soak for 6 hours, and they just go dormant in the winter. 15 dollars for either Sh*ttake, or Blue Oyster, 3 foot log.

We got 70 Blue Oyster Logs, and 30 Shiitake logs done, plus started some Blue Oyster indoors. Next weekend will do at least another 100. Successful few days. And found out my bees did in fact make it over the winter.

We are gearing up for a great year, with a big expansion into more Mushrooms, and related items. We will have log grown mushrooms as well as Mushrooms grown in our Greenhouse, Innoculated logs for sale so you can grow your own, Counter top mushroom kit you can grow inside, a few different Mushroom tinctures (Chaga being one of them, harvested responsibly), and more. We will be doing the Stockbridge Farmers Market, as well as hopefully the Rochester Farmers Market. Also this spring we are going to be hosting at workshop to teach people about log grown mushrooms, and learn how to do so, stay tuned for details. We look forward to the upcoming season, and seeing you all.

Who wants to be my first mushroom sale in my new business venture? It's looking to be a busy year with tons of tasty mushrooms of different varieties, log grown primarily as well as inside. Have a half pound of Oysters, selling for $7.00. Will be picked tomorrow morning, can bring to the hardware store with me. Will have lots of fresh mushrooms on a weekly basis in the next month and going forward. Primarily Shiitake, a handful of varieties of Oysters, Lions Mane, and more. Made a new batch of Oyster mushrooms, growing inside until the weather breaks. Gearing up to do lots of mushroom logs this year, will start to have harvest from last year's logs, and grow from that point. We will have mushrooms, mushroom logs, Do It Yourself kits for indoor use, tinctures, and more at the Markets this year. We plan on doing the Rochester Market, Stockbridge Market, and maybe another one. Also, if anyone has any small diameter trees they don't have use for (maple, beech, cherry, birch, primarily), let me know and will pay a fee per three foot section. Stay tuned everyone.
