For me, I absolutely LOVE a nice kitchen! 🍳🧁 I love cooking and baking, so having plenty of space to prep, move around, and actually enjoy the kitchen is essential for me.

I recently toured a home with an amazing kitchen layout that was perfect for hosting large gatherings. And as someone who loves to entertain, I could definitely see myself putting that space to good use! 😍

neighborhood improvement grant opportunity

District 1 Commissioner Alaina Reaves encourages both HOA and non-HOA residents and neighborhood associations to apply for the Neighborhood Beautification Grants for community improvements.

Grant categories are:
- Neighborhood Garden
- Entrance Fence Repairs
- Main Entrance Signage

Both individual and joint applications are accepted, with an application deadline of Friday, July 31, 2026.
