A wonderful cap to a full, delightful summer! We don't focus on competition or showing, so the fun of the Chelsea Fair Horse Show is just right for us! It was such a blast to see them ride, race and win! And to see their poise and grace while cheering on others. Feeling very proud of them, not only as horse riders, but fine young people I'm privileged to spend time with.

Friday we completed our annual (17th?) Long Riders Camp. Waterloo Rec Area and Farmland Campground do not disappoint. We rode, ran, swam and wandered ... 41 miles in 5 days! The kids went home tired, dirty and looking forward to next year. Me too.
