It was a beautiful day to start tapping, sunny about 20 degrees. Of course we just received 2’ of snow and for those of us that are vertically challenged it was about mid-thigh deep. We decided to change out leads and spouts and what a better way to keep track then using some color.

We are tapped out and patiently awaiting Mother Nature to do her thing 🍁 🍁🍁🍁
