Schroeder Homestead Welcome to our little slice of South Texas! Schroeder Homestead is a family run farm rooted in simple living. The result?

We bake slow fermented sourdough in our micro-bakery, gather farm fresh eggs from our free range flock, and bale hay from our fields. 🤠🚜🐓🥚🍞 Welcome to our little slice of South Texas! 🤠☀️🚜🥚🐓🐄🍞🥖

Schroeder Homestead is a small, family-run farm dedicated to simple living and honest food. From our cozy micro-bakery, we bake fresh, naturally fermented sourdough using traditional methods that take time, patience, and care. Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches, with a crisp golden crust and the rich flavor that only slow fermentation can create. Beyond the bakery, our happy flock of free-range chickens roam the pasture, scratching and sunbathing as nature intended. Beautiful farm-fresh eggs with vibrant yolks and unbeatable flavor. We also harvest and bale quality hay from our fields, perfect for livestock, homesteads, and small farms throughout the area

Everything we offer comes straight from our land and our hands — wholesome, local, and raised with care. Thank you for supporting our small South Texas homestead.
