No pre-ground beef. No mystery blend. No shortcuts.
Just brisket we can point to, grind fresh, and smash hot to order.

This is Dave Growl.
Yes. Dave an all black with a white line going down his chest pitty mix.
Dave is an absolute sweetheart, slightly skittish, and possesses the remarkable ability to move through the world like a Victorian ghost. One second he’s there. The next, absolutely nowhere.
He was last seen off 123 near the dentist office, presumably conducting whatever mysterious side quest he has going on.
If you’ve seen Dave, know where Dave is, or Dave has randomly appeared in your life and decided to hang out — PLEASE message us.
We’d really like to get this little bastard back home.

Well… back-to-school germs finally got me. 🤒
I’m sick as a dog today, so we’re closing up for the day. Sorry for the short notice, y’all.
Apparently the kids brought home more than homework.

We were just clucking around... then the Chicken Bacon Ranch started acting like it owned the place. Sold out, refused to leave, and basically promoted itself. Fine. It made the menu. Happy now?
