What a great Stockholm Sovereign Market today. We were so happy to see so many of you again and to meet new members who have joined us at this wonderfully unique market! It was great to be back! Thank you everyone for being so welcoming.

Did you miss us today because you couldn't make it to market? That's ok, we know things happen and have limited quantities of our fresh items... loaded salad, Greek Cucumber Salad, Beet salad and 1-6oz Indi's cream cheese schmear. Just a few containers of fresh frozen soups still available. My grandmother's Veg soup and Barley soup.

Northern Maine Fields will finally be returning to the Stockholm Sovereign Market this Saturday! What started out as a 1 market break, turned into a longer absence with illness and injury. That's life as they say and were just thankful to be returning. We've missed everyone!

Here's where we stand with the lineup so far. We do accept Pre-orders, just PM Katherine Whitson to order or for more product information. Comments don't always show in notifications in a timely manner.

-Cold Spinach Dip (multiple requests since we've been out)

-Spicy Cucumber BanChan-its been a HOT minute so we're bringing it back!

-Indi's cream cheese Schmear! It was the first smear we brought to market and we've heard fans want us to bring it again so we're listening!

-Greek Cucumber, Tomato, Feta another top requested seller!

-Basic Beet Salad

-Loaded Salad Grapes, Cranberries Walnuts Apples. IYKYK, if you don't, ohhh, send me a message!

We'll be lacking our muscle this week so no hot soup but not to worry, We made and froze a few favorite. Perfect for chilly night when you dont want to cook!Just heat and eat!

-Broccoli cheese- frequently talked about in the market (we're humbled) limited quantity!

-Grandma Cecilia's Vegetable and Barley soups. Slow simmered to extract all the goodness. Delicious! Had to make an additional pot of each to have some available for Saturday! Limited quantity!

And of course, some pickled items, jams and peach butter.

If all goes well, I'll try to bring some frozen breakfast burritos as well!

Tomorrow is Stockholm Sovereign Market Saturday!

We will be bringing our famous Broccoli cheese soup for the last time this season. Pints and quarts will be available as heat n eat and we'll have cups of hot soup to warm you up while you shop 😃

Tomorrow, January 17, 2026 is Stockholm Sovereign Market Saturday! 10-1 at 62 School St in Stockholm. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Northern Maine Fields will have hot cups of Chili at our table to warm you up and containers of Chili available if you'd like it for supper! This Chili freezes beautifully too for a quick meal on your schedule.

Here we are once again preparing for the next Stockholm Sovereign Market! The first market of the New Year, Saturday, January 3, 2026!

We're opening preorders today through Thursday Jan 1 for this market.

The season for Baklava, Spanikopita and Tiropta is coming to a close. These were always holiday and special occasion foods as I grew up and always looked forward to them with anticipation. (Now, many years later, as I make these items I understand why! 🤪) this is your last opportunity to get these treats in partial pan sizes. If time allows, we may offer a small run again for Easter but I'm just not sure right now.

BAKLAVA- available in whole (48pc), half (24pc) or quarter (12 pc) pans
SPANIKOPITA- available in whole (16pc) or half (8pc)
SPANIKOPITA INDIVIDUAL appetizer triangles (super limited)
TIROPITA INDIVIDUAL appetizer triangles (super limited)
Be on the lookout for pictures of the appetizers triangles as I begin baking them off for my new years orders later today!
TZATZIKI- preorder only this time (delicious with Spanikopita! )

Should I make chili or Avgolemono Soup? What's Avgolemono? The Greeks version of penicillin soup! Lemon, chicken rice soup with egg of course. The egg makes a creamy soup adding protein and deliciousness! This chili has been a market favorite for 2 seasons now! Let me know which you'd like! If I have enough orders, I'll make both!

PRE-ORDERS OPEN until Wednesday Dec 17 for Saturday Dec 20 Stockholm Sovereign Market

The holidays are upon us, friends and family gatherings all around us! We have made a list of some of our families traditional appetizers for our holiday gatherings. Have someplace special to be or having some guests at you're house here's some great holiday additions to any spread that you don't have to make the time to create!

Starting with our very seasonal and highly requested Greek favorites from my childhood memories! Boy my mom could cook!

-Baklava- crispy, flaky, buttery phyllo. Stuffed with walnuts and peeled almonds drenched in a wonderful honey syrup. Available in 1/4, 1/2 or whole pans. (12, 24 or 48 pieces)

-Spanikopita- crispy, flaky, buttery phyllo. Stuffed with a yummy spinach and feta filling. Available as half or whole pans. (8 or 16 pieces) full pan option can be made and frozen (will hold in freezer 2-3 months)for easy at home baking as well!

We are partnering with Heidi from Havenwood Sourdough Breads this holiday season! Her breadbowls are a perfect accompaniment and serving vessel for
