When I first started learning food design from Kandace at SBU, I remember thinking, Wow, this is beautiful. She was the perfect teacher, and I’ll never forget those early mornings and late nights spent setting up and tearing down.
I started posting pictures of my creations, never imagining it would grow into what it has today. From my very first event Hannah and Caleb’s wedding shower to baby showers, graduation parties, and one of the opportunities I’m most proud of, teaching at Wonders of Wildlife, this journey has been incredible.
I’ve always looked for ways to bring my love of food into people’s lives because, in my opinion, food = happiness.
I’ll be honest, I’ve gone back and forth many times about whether I wanted to continue offering charcuterie. I’ve prayed about it, thought about it, and weighed all the possibilities. Through it all, I’ve been blessed with an amazing man by my side who believes in me and wants to help make this dream even bigger.
So, with that being said, The Board is getting a fresh start. I’m rebranding, starting from scratch in many ways, expanding what I offer, and working toward getting my products into retail locations.
I am so excited to see where this next chapter leads, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
