Hi friends, I've missed you! Let's jump right to it.

So, I tested Bob's Red Mill's gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and I'm going to be honest… they're not my favorite 😬🙈

The flavors were there but the top of the cookie had an interesting "rough" texture that I was not a fan of.

But hey, that's what recipe testing is for right?!
Have you tried these before? Am I wrong?? Tell me everything in the comments, I can take it 😂⬇️

First time making decorated cupcakes which was for a baby shower. Some were gluten free cupcakes. Found out not all sprinkles are gluten free due to where they are manufactured. The more you know the better. Thank you Dalila Muniz Denton and Ofelia Nava Muniz for this opportunity to grow my skill set ☺️

Had the beautiful pleasure of baking some delicious gluten free bake goods for a special person who has been an amazing blessing to my family and I. The double layered cake was a classic yellow cake with lemon curd as the filling. The one layered is a maple flavored cake. The cookies are named La Audra after the birthday girl ☺️ which are oatmeal cookies with cinnamon and white chocolate chips. It was honor baking for your Surprise Birthday Party Pastor Audra!!
