Cross Country Nurseries Retail location for ChilePlants.com. Spring Hours 2026 (April 25–May 31):
Mon–Fri: 9am-5pm | Sat & Sun: 10am-5pm We are the retail location for Chileplants.com.

Open seasonally, offering a wide variety of hot and sweet pepper plants, tomatoes, eggplants, tomatillos, herbs, plus annuals and perennials. Cross Country Nursery is located in Stockton, New Jersey. We are open to the public seasonally, with hours daily in the spring and weekends only in the fall. Opening day is 4/20/24 at 10am. We will be open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and weekends 10am-5pm.

Our last day for spring hours will be 5/26/24. You can pre-order your plants for pick up on our website, or come shop in person. We also offer a selection of fertilizers, Chile-themed snacks, gifts, and a wealth of growing information to share. We offer the world's largest selection of pepper plants with nearly 400 varieties to choose from! We also offer tomato plants, eggplants, tomatillos, and herbs too. We love being your growers!

Fall Hot Shop hours start TOMORROW! 🍂🌶️

We’ll be open Saturdays & Sundays, Aug 29–Oct 11, 10AM–2PM, with fresh peppers, perennials, powders, sauces & plenty of other goodies.

It’s prime pepper harvesting season, so come stock up!

We’re excited to welcome local nonprofits back for our annual Nonprofit Week at the nursery from June 1–5 | 10AM-4PM daily 🌿

As a small way to give back, nonprofit organizations are invited to visit and select plants free of charge! All nonprofits are welcome. Proof of current 501(c)(3) status required upon arrival.

Opening Weekend is almost here 🌱

Join us Saturday, April 25 at 10am as we kick off the season!

Come wander the nursery and shop hundreds of varieties for your garden including peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, herbs, perennials, and annuals. Plus, some unique varieties for retail shoppers only like tomatillos, beans, squash, cucumbers, and more.

Everything is coming to life here and we cannot wait to see you!
