The growing season is upon us now, and the landscape of the farm is changing weekly with so many pieces in motion. It is a pleasure to once again host our Farm Tour + Picnic Dinner series this year, with the first one on Friday, June 26th at 6:00 PM. Guests will be able to tour the farm with Drew, and get to learn how a working flower farm operates. Guests will be able to see acres of woody shrubs in production, annual plantings coming to maturity, and see the workings of the young plant program within the greenhouses. Farm Tours are concluded with a picnic dinner, which can be enjoyed in the fields (or alternate space in case of rain). Farm Tours happen rain or shine: guests are encouraged to bring good walking shoes and attire for inclement weather, if applicable.

Our Quart Size Shrub sale is now live! We have been asked for years to offer plants of Snowball Viburnum, so to finally be able to offer this favorite plant for sale has been a long time coming. This variety of Viburnum is planted in large quantities on the farm, and every stem is harvested for use in wedding designs, market bouquets, and Mother's Day arrangements every May.

This abundantly blooming shrub is hardy to Zone 3, making it a must have flowering shrub for cold climate growers. It blooms before Mother's Day in our zone, making it a pillar of our production in the early season. Cut flower growers do not want to miss this one! Home gardeners will enjoy seeing this shrub in the landscape, and it makes quite an impact when planted in clusters.
