includes: mortadella, coppa, fresh mozzarella, La Casearia Carpenedo Tavoliere (a super snack-able cow’s milk cheese), mixed olives, pickled fennel, grilled Jimmy Nardello peppers, and large herbed croutons with red wine vinaigrette and Roots to River Farm’s beautifully speckled Variegato de Lusia radicchio.
