We're officially booked solid for 2026. Thank you to everyone who's trusted us as your beef source this year! Our next processing date is January 2027. Spots are first-come, first-served and only secured with a deposit, so if you want to lock in your spot early, send us a message and we'll get you started. We'll see you in the new year!
