Our Breeds:
**The Texas A&M Jumbo X Jumbo White
These birds have the best meat to bone ratio at all times. If they look ready to butcher they are. I begin processing at 6-7 weeks of age when they start laying. These birds lay the most eggs. My flocks run 14+ ounces, some reaching over a pound. Average 6-7 week old bird produces a nice 6-7 ounce carcass. Older breeder birds will dress out 8-10 ounces. These are vent sexed at maturity.

Nice big birds, all over 14+ ounces, many reaching the pound mark.
Birds lay consistantly bigger eggs than my whites do but do not lay as many eggs. Birds take a week or two longer to be able to process because they grow frame first and add breast meat last. They start laying at 6-7 weeks like the whites. These are feather sexable at around 2 weeks.

Adult/sexed birds are $5 each
Day old chicks : $1.50 each
