Stix-N-Forks was founded in 2016 Shaiane Murphy as a Cake Pop Fundraiser to further her educational experiences. By attending EST's Annual Black College Tour, Culinary NYC's 2 week residential collegiate Culinary Arts Camp and Blue Hills Regional Vocational Technical High School's Spanish Senior class trip to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Shaiane is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America (2

018) with an associates in baking and pastry and a Bachelors in Food Business Management with a minor in farm to table cooking.
