🌟It’s with great pleasure that we introduce our member Rithi Doshi, founder of Matki Kulfi Creamery and expert in all things Kulfi🍦.

🍦Rithi never planned to start an ice cream company. What began as a way to share cherished childhood memories from Mumbai, India with her young daughter slowly evolved into one of Boston’s most unique frozen dessert brands. Every recipe is rooted in nostalgia—drawing from childhood flavors, and traditions and lovingly tested by her toughest critic and fan her daughter. 💕🌟

🍦🌟One summer afternoon, while enjoying a homemade kulfi, her four-year-old looked up and said, “Mama, THIS you should sell to everyone!” That joyful moment became the spark behind Matki.

🍦🌟Today, Matki Artisanal Kulfi is known for its slow-crafted approach and deeply aromatic flavors. Kulfi, often described as India’s answer to gelato, is denser and creamier than traditional ice cream. At Matki, farm-fresh New England cow 🐄 milk is slowly simmered for hours until it reduces into a velvety, caramelized base before being infused with fragrant spices and premium ingredients.

🍦🌟The result is an indulgent dessert meant to be savored slowly.

🍦🌟Signature flavors like Nuts & Cardamom, Saffron Rosewater 🌹, Pistachio Rose, Rose with dark chocolate pistachios and Mango 🥭 have become local favorites at farmers markets and specialty shops. Each batch handcrafted using locally sourced dairy and carefully selected spices from small international grocers, blending old-world tradition with New England craftsmanship.

🍦🌟Today, Matki kulfis can be found at Formaggio Kitchen Cambridge in Cambridge, Pemberton Farms Marketplace in Cambridge, Nibble Kitchen in Somerville, and here at Food Rev Kitchen.

🍦🌟Beyond pints, Matki also brings its kulfi experience to festivals, events, and celebrations through artisanal kulfi pops and handcrafted kulfi sandwiches 🍪. The company also offers catering for private gatherings, weddings 💒 , and special events—creating memorable dessert experiences that blend tradition, creativity, and community.

We have all the goodies this Saturday!!

We’re fully stocked with cinnamon rolls & cardamom buns by , brumbles and macaroons by Cafe Do Good! inspired blueberry 🫐 lemonade donuts and protein egg bites!

We’re thrilled to have some of our newest member Authentic Taiwanese Dinner on the menu! This week they’re cooking up Authentic Taiwanese Braised Beef Soup, San-Bei Chicken and San-Bei King Mushroom (vegan!). 🍄 🍄‍🟫

This comes chilled in a vacuum pack that you can have for dinner same day or freeze for some cozy comfort food later. 🧑‍🍳

Through her time in the south of France 🇫🇷 she learned first hand about the culture and building blocks of the Mediterranean diet 🌿.

🌟 Business Review Development - College Level Summer Internship Project 💵

🌟Recruiting a summer intern to help formalize our business review process. We hold annual business reviews with each of our business members to connect on business performance, planning, and how we can further support their growth and learning. This is currently an informal ad hoc process that we seek to formalize. Our goal is that businesses can fine tune and build their business’s financial acumen with a formal annual business review presentation.

🌟 Co-Packer & Distributor Research - College Level Project Flexible Timing 👩‍🌾👩‍🍳

🌟In the New England area we have a rich landscape of local food co-packing & distribution resources. However navigating what’s available and the right fit for small local food products can be a time and financial intensive process to the extent that the lack of clear information is often a deterrent to growth and scale. Our goal with this internship project is to create transparency around the resources that are available, build bridges with organizations that seem the best fit for the size and type of businesses in our space and build out this channel to create a clear & financially sustainable path to scaling.

We are so thrilled to introduce Linh Vu of !!

🌟 Linh, a registered dietitian, has been dreaming of having her own functional nutrition product since she was a college undergrad. As an active person she was always on the hunt for a functional snack with healthy whole food ingredients but sadly, most of what she found on the shelf was heavily processed snacks loaded with sugars.

🌟The idea for her baked snack bites came while eating a piece of banana bread before a long run. 🌟🌟 This was a lightbulb moment! It was delicious and had the perfect high carb and low protein content for a pre-workout snack!

🌟🌟This was the spark that started L’s Goodies! Many recipes over 14 months of endless testing, 😮‍💨 L’s Goodies Snacks was officially born. 🌟

🌟 With the “fuel with goodness” 💪 😇 slogan L’s Goodies snacks are the ultimate inclusive healthy snack brand. Linh wanted her product to have no added sugar👌, be completely top 9 allergen friendly and free from gums, seed oils, and ultra-processed ingredients.

We’re doing it for the kiddos!! Food Rev fundraiser is this Saturday!! with 20% of all purchases going to the PTO!

Menu is live and we’re all stocked up with extra eggies, and goodies.

Including extra cinnamon rolls & cardamom buns by , brumbles and macaroons by .do.good!

We’ll have plenty of blueberry lemonade donuts (plant based )! Protein rich egg bites 2 ways! Local eggs packed with local sweet potato spiced right and a dash of cheddar or with breakfast sausage & cheddar. And our eggies made on Cafe’s Do Good’s sourdough English Muffins.

AND of course a cold case packed with soups, pierogis, jamaican patties & so many marketplace goodies!!
