I have always said stuff happens when you have a business, it is what you do with the stuff that happens that makes a company a good company or a bad company. I posted about the bad experience we had with our last dealing with Tractor Supply. Well it's what a company does that counts right? Since my Facebook rant, we have been contacted by a representative of the company. I might not shop in the Madison store again but they made everything right. The district manager called, spoke with my husband and went above and beyond to make it right AND the Madison store now has a manager since this morning. So the retail chain has our business and the Madison store might have a second chance. Thank you Travis for demonstrating how customer service is supposed to be. Thank you for making everything right...
